The kid inside us Although little We were wise It’s as if The other life combined We had fun We skipped, we jumped Hide and seek Honk the horn, beep beep We enjoyed life We lived to the fullest We didn’t even think We knew we were the cool ones And so we grew In society’s rules Amongst others things There were the schools With brush and paint Another brick in the wall Our inner kid’s rebirth Control started to fall As artist and sensitive beings That playful voice remains We just have to learn To get rid of the pains Even in trouble on top of canvases Pollock danced freely Able to solve some of them (hmmm … don’t know if this should stay 🤷♀️… HELP - I think it breaks) The kid is always in us We just have to call Wait and see And we’ll have a ball Listen, watch, touch, Smell, taste it! A hundred percent for the best Creativity will come and explode all the rest.
